You are automatically assigned a coach based off the availability you provide when you first book a dietitian session.
If you are not happy with the service provided by your coach or the availability is not right then you will need to contact Member Services HERE.
You can cancel the session within the first 5 minutes if you are not satisfied with your coach.
You will need to contact Member Services immediately to change your coach and the remaining sessions will be completed by the new coach.
Please note: Coaching sessions are currently only available to Total Wellbeing Diet members located in Australia.
