You are automatically assigned a dietitian based off the availability you provide when you first book a dietitian session.
If you are not happy with the service provided by your Dietitian or the availability is not right then you will need to contact Member Services HERE.
You can cancel the session within the first 5 minutes if you are not satisfied with your Dietitian.
You will need to contact Member Services immediately to change your Dietitian and the remaining sessions will be completed by the new Dietitian.
Please note: Dietitian sessions are currently only available to Total Wellbeing Diet members located in Australia.
