When should I book my sessions?

For most people, we recommend booking a Dietitian Session around Week 4 of the Total Wellbeing Diet. This may assist with motivation and progress.

Follow-up sessions should be booked 2-4 weeks apart, however your Dietitian will be able to provide further information on this during your first session.
