If you cannot find the food or exercise in our database, you can request for it to be added to our database. To do so please contact us and request for the item to be added.
When sending in a request, to speed up the process for the nutrition team please provide:
- Name of product and product brand
- A photo of the front of packaging, ingredients list, and nutrition information panel
In the meantime, we would suggest adding a product from the diary that is similar to the item you are wanting to add to your diary.
Note: the database is updated monthly, so depending on when you make your request this could take up to 4 weeks to show in the diary.
