You can view and print your current and next weeks menu plan and shopping list via your online program.
To print your Total Wellbeing Diet menu plan, select > Food > Menu plan.
Select the 'Print Page' icon as in the image below:
You will then be able to choose from the print options below:
Select 'Just this page' if you would like a weekly view of your menu plan on one A4 page. Otherwise you can choose the other options to print the entire menu plan with a breakdown of each meal with or without the shopping list.
