You can change back to previous weeks of your program and menu plan. This will not affect your history.
You can choose to go back to previous weeks on your program by selecting > Settings > My Profile > Program Preferences > Reset to Week (choose from dropdown box).You will also need to do this for your Menu and Exercise Plan also in your My Profile section.
Or, you can email out member services team to enquire about a full reset, which will erase all data, weigh ins and diary entries and allow you to choose a new start date.
Please note: Resetting your program does not alter your subscription end date. This will remain 12-weeks from your registration date when you will renew onto our $19.95/month Loyalty plan. To view this date please see here. You will also be ineligible for a refund.
