You can change your food unit level on the Total Wellbeing Diet online.
The food group unit recommendations have been determined to ensure you meet your nutrition requirements.
Level 1 is best for optimum weight loss and provides nutritional adequacy for the standard adult.
Level 2 is for those who have increased requirements e.g. breastfeeding, vigorous training etc.
Level 3 is more maintenance on limiting weight loss once goals are met.
While it is okay to vary your food unit intake occasionally, we recommend you stick as closely to your food group unit targets as possible to ensure you meet your nutritional requirements.
To change or view your food unit level, select > Settings > My Profile > Change your Food Unit Level or click here.
