The Total Wellbeing Diet Online provides a meal swap function for each meal. You can use the meal swap options to swap out a meal you do not like, or do not want to eat.
Simply use the arrows that appear next to the meal name within your menu plan. This will open a new window, in which the available swaps will be displayed. Once you are happy with your selection, then select 'swap this meal', either for this instance only, or for every occurrence that week. This will then amend your weeks menu plan, and shopping list to include the new ingredients.
