You can easily add your menu plan into the tracker in the Total Wellbeing Diet companion app.
Add meal to Tracker
- Tap Menu
- Next to the meal you want to add into your tracker tap the +
- This meal has now been added to your Tracker
Remove meal from Tracker
- Tap Tracker
- Tap the item you want to remove
- Tap Delete
Please Note: The App is currently only available for Apple Users. Android users can access the program via their mobile web-browser.
