The Total Wellbeing Diet companion app is currently only available for Apple devices on the App store at this time.
We apologise for this inconvenience. As an Android device user the Total Wellbeing Diet mobile site can be accessed from your internet browser and allows you to; view your menu plan and exercise plan as well as track your weight, food and exercise. You can also choose to access the 'Full Site' which has more functionality than the App and Mobile Site. To do this load the mobile site and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click 'Full Site' (highlighted below). This will appear as you see on your desktop.
We also recommend saving the webpage to your Mobile Home Screen. This will appear and function similarly to an App widget. For more information and further instructions, please click here.
